Apple Waldorf Salad

Servings: 8
Cool and refreshing, a healthy accompaniment for any time of year.
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Baker's Corner Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup Fit & Active Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- Pinch of Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
Salad:
- 3 cups apple, chopped (assorted varieties)
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup Southern Grove Walnuts, toasted and chopped
Instructions:
- To prepare dressing, add brown sugar to vinegar and stir with a whisk until dissolved.
- Add yogurt and stir to combine.
- Season with a pinch of salt.
- Place salad ingredients in a bowl and add dressing.
- Toss to combine.
*Can be eaten immediately, or made up to 3 hours ahead of time and chilled. Stir before serving.
