Ice Cream Truffles - Pumpkin Pie Shake

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Total Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 3 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Baker’s Corner Sugar
- 1/2 cup packed Baker’s Corner Brown Sugar
- 2 Goldhen Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baker’s Corner Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
- 1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Baker’s Corner Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Baker’s Corner Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla.
- Slowly add the flour to the mix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
