Patriotic Cup Cones


Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30-40 minutes
Total time: 35-45 minutes
Yields: 24 cones

Looks like an ice cream cone, but it’s a cupcake!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Baker’s Corner Patriotic Confetti Cake Mix*
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 4 Goldhen Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Carlini Vegetable Oil
  • 24 Benton's Kids Ice Cream Cones*
  • Baker's Corner Patriotic Frosting*
  • Baker's Corner Patriotic Sprinkle Jar*

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. 
  2. Stand the cones up in a 13 x 9 inch pan. You will need 2 pans for 24 cones.
  3. Prepare confetti cake mix according to package instructions.
  4. Fill each cone 3/4 the way with cake mix.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Cool and decorate with patriotic frosting and sprinkles!
