PORK

PORK TENDERLOIN
Pork tenderloin makes an elegant entrée for a small dinner party but can also be roasted or grilled whole for a quick weeknight dinner.  It has a mild flavor, so it’s best when prepared with an added spice rub, marinade, stuffing or flavorful sauce. Available in Peppercorn, Teriyaki, or Original Marinades.

MARINATED PORK LOIN FILET
Marinated tenderloin maximizes flavor and preserves juiciness. To keep the tenderloin moist, be sure not to overcook it by taking loin off the heat when it reaches 145 degrees.

BONELESS CENTER CUT PORK CHOPS
These chops are high-quality, flavorful cuts of meat. While grilling may be the most popular method for cooking this particular chop, baking them can help prevent the meat from drying out in the process.

ASSORTED PORK CHOPS
The most popular cuts from the pork loin, pork chops are delicious and full of flavor. Best methods for cooking are braising, sautéing and grilling. The length of cooking primarily depends on the thickness
of the chop.
