Black Bean Avocado Dip
Packed with protein and filling vegetables.
- In a food processor, pulse together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.
- Stir in avocado, scallions and tomato. Serve immediately with vegetables or multigrain chips.

14.5 ounces Dakota's Pride Black Beans
½ jalapeño, seeded and roughly chopped
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ onion, chopped
Juice of a lime
1 avocado, chopped
4 scallions, finely chopped
½ cup chopped fresh tomato
