Mini Philly Sliders

A tasty treat that is quick and delicious.

Directions:

  1. Thaw garlic toast until soft.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°.
  3. Using a round cookie cutter, cut garlic toast into circles; each toast should yield 2 circles. Place on baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a medium frying pan, sauté steaks until brown, breaking into small pieces with a spatula. Add cheese slices and stir until melted.
  5. In a small frying pan, heat olive oil. Sauté onions and peppers until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Evenly divide steak mixture among garlic toasts. Top with onions and peppers.
  7. Return to oven for 5 minutes.

4 Steak-Eze Angus Philly Beef Steaks*

5 slices Specially Selected Deli Sliced Havarti Cheese*

1 tablespoon Carlini Pure Olive Oil

1/2 onion, diced

1/2 red pepper, diced

1/2 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
