Fruity Quinoa Breakfast Porridge

A delicious gluten free, dairy free way to start the day.

Directions:                   

  1. In a slow cooker, combine quinoa, mashed bananas, 1/3 cup almonds, 1/3 cup blueberries, almond milk, cinnamon, 1/3 cup dried cranberries and vanilla.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
  3. Spoon porridge into six bowls and garnish with remaining almonds, blueberries and cranberries.
