Spinach and Turkey Egg Casserole
Healthy egg casserole with lean turkey, spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Spread the ground turkey, broccoli, red pepper and baby spinach in an 8-inch round pan, add egg substitute. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Remove foil, sprinkle with feta cheese, garlic salt and black pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
