BLT Mini Pizza Bagel

BLT meets its pizza match.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a large sauté pan, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes. Reserve.
  3. In another large sauté pan, heat olive oil. Sauté spinach until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine turkey bacon, spinach and grape tomatoes.
  5. Place bagel halves on a large, parchment-lined cookie sheet. Spoon 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce and 2 tablespoons of turkey bacon mixture on each bagel. Top with 1 slice of cheese.
  6. Bake bagels for 10 minutes.

12 ounces Fit & Active Turkey Bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon Carlini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 cups Little Salad Bar Flat Leaf Spinach, chopped

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

18 ounces L'oven Fresh Whole Wheat Mini Bagels, halved

1 ½ cups Priano® Gourmet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

8 ounces Happy Farms Deli Sliced Mozzarella Cheese, sliced in half
