Party Wontons

Perfect finger food for your jamboree.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °.
  2. Coat 2 12-cup muffin tins with cooking spray.
  3. Trim crusts from bread. Using a rolling pin, roll out slices to a 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Gently press each bread slice into a muffin cup to form a crust.
  5. Prepare one of the fillings below and divide evenly among the cups.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Ham and Cheese Wontons

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ham, ¾ of shredded cheese and mayonnaise.
  2. Divide evenly among cups. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Top with halved cherry tomato.

 

Steak and Blue Cheese Wontons

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine steak, cream cheese, 5 ounces blue cheese crumbles, red pepper flakes, pepper and salt.
  2. Divide evenly among cups. Sprinkle with remaining blue cheese. Top with halved cherry tomato.

 

Chicken and Avocado Wontons

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken breast, ¾ of the shredded cheese, avocados, ranch dressing and hot sauce.
  2. Divide evenly among cups. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Top with halved cherry tomato.
