Cheesy Apple Pocket Poppers
- Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed. Add vanilla, mix until fluffy. Add apple pie filling and cinnamon, scrape sides of bowl and continue to mix until completely incorporated. Set aside.
- On a floured surface, roll out biscuits into a thin oval shape. Spoon 2 tablespoons apple mixture onto the rounded end of each biscuit. Fold the empty side over top of mixture. Using the tines of a fork, press lightly around edges to seal. Place ½-inch apart on baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of each pocket with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes.
TIP: Pockets may open a little bit while baking but will close up once cooled.
