Escape from the cold and snow with this hot tropical treat.
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk, ¾ cup coconut, banana and pineapple.
- Heat on medium for 10 minutes. Do not allow to come to a boil. Strain solids and reserve liquid.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla into stiff peaks.
- Pour the liquid into 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream and remaining coconut.
