Buffalo Chicken Macaroni Salad

All the flavors of buffalo chicken wings, with none of the mess.

Directions:                   

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, blue cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, red onion and celery until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Toss macaroni and chicken in dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with additional hot sauce if desired.

TIP: For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with grilled mushrooms.
