ALDI Pricing FAQs

ALDI Pricing

ALDI considers many factors when setting product prices, including production and operating costs, market conditions, local regulations, consumer demand and the competitive landscape. This may cause our prices to fluctuate from city to city, but rest assured we strive to offer the lowest prices in town.

A price adjustment will be made on ALDI Find items within 14 days of your purchase. Please take your receipt to the store from where you purchased the product, and the store manager will make the adjustment. Seasonal and items that are available on a regular basis do not qualify for price adjustments.

We do not match prices because we are generally able to negotiate the best prices for our customers. There may be times when you find a product for cheaper at a different ALDI location. However, we always maintain our significant competitive price advantage, with ALDI shoppers saving up to 50 percent compared to traditional grocers.

At ALDI, regardless of whether our customers prefer to shop with us  in-store or online at new.aldi.us, we work diligently to ensure we consistently offer low prices both in-store and online. ALDI has a minimum of $10 for all deliveries, and delivery fees are determined by a variety of factors, such as delivery window and order size. Additionally, there may be a slight increase on certain items sold online to cover the cost of personal shopping from order to order, but rest assured that ALDI will continue to offer consistently low prices.

Our priority is saving people money on food and products people want and need most. Our affordability comes from:
-Offering shoppers a curated selection of high-quality, ALDI exclusive brands allowing us to avoid passing on hidden costs associated with the national brands, such as marketing and advertising.
-A 25 cent deposit for shopping carts so we don't have to hire extra staff to collect grocery carts.
-Encouraging shoppers to bring their own shopping bags or purchase a reusable, long-lasting ALDI bag.
