Q. Can you buy ALDI products online?
Q. How can I order ALDI online?
A. Visit shop.aldi.us or enter your ZIP code in the Instacart mobile app. If you already have an account, log in using your email address and password. If you are a first-time Instacart user, you will need to create an account to proceed.
Q. Do all ALDI stores offer grocery delivery?
A. We are proud to offer grocery delivery nationwide. Over 95% of our more than 2,000 stores offer delivery to customers in more than 10,000 ZIP codes across the country.

Q. What is Instacart?
A. Instacart is a service that delivers groceries from ALDI same day!
Q. Why is ALDI using Instacart?
A. We know ALDI shoppers want choice and convenience in how they shop. Our partnership with Instacart allows us to offer customers the convenience of online shopping and same-day grocery delivery options, while we focus on providing affordable, premium groceries.
Q. How are customer service issues resolved by Instacart?

Q. Who will shop for and deliver the Instacart order?
A. Instacart Personal Shoppers conduct the shopping trip and deliver all orders directly to customers' homes or businesses.
Q. How fast does Instacart deliver?
A. At checkout, customers select a delivery time. Instacart can deliver in as little as one hour. Alternatively, customers can also schedule delivery for a later date, up to seven days out.
Q. What are the Instacart delivery hours?
A. Instacart deliveries can occur within the hours of when ALDI stores are open. This also applies to holidays when ALDI stores may be closed or operating condensed hours.
Q. Will the prices for Instacart delivery be the same as in-store?
A. Customers can always count on ALDI for the lowest prices on groceries, every day. However, prices on Instacart may vary slightly from in-store prices in your area. In some instances, prices of items on Instacart may be higher to cover the cost of personal shopping for delivery.
Q. What happens if an item I ordered for delivery via Instacart is out of stock?
A. If an item is out of stock, the Instacart Personal Shopper fulfilling the order will contact the customer suggesting a replacement product based on similar items available in-store, or provide the customer the option to cancel the item, removing it from the order.
Q. Is it possible to make changes after placing an ALDI Instacart order?
A. If an Instacart Personal Shopper has NOT started fulfilling an order, customers can add to or modify orders. Customers can find these options on their Order Status page.
Q. What happens if I'm not home for my Instacart delivery?
A. Customers receive a text message with an estimated delivery time when an Instacart Personal Shopper is en route. Customers can also choose to have their groceries left at their doorstep.
If you do not opt-in to allow groceries to be delivered while not home, the Instacart Personal Shopper will try to contact you. Instacart Personal Shoppers will then wait, reschedule the delivery or cancel the order if no other solution is attainable.
Q. Is there a way to cancel Instacart orders?
A. Customers can cancel Instacart orders for a full refund prior to an Instacart Personal Shopper beginning shopping to fulfill the order.
Q. When can I expect to receive my refund for a cancelled Instacart order? Note: all alcohol sales are final.
A. Refunds may take up to seven business days to process. In some cases, banks may adjust the original charge amount instead of displaying a separate refund.
Q: For Instacart, why is there a hold placed on my credit card?
A: For orders in process, Instacart places a temporary authorization hold for a slightly higher amount than your estimated order total. This small difference accounts for potential changes in the final total due to special requests, added items, items replaced at a different price and the actual weight of items. Q. For Instacart, why is the final total different from my total at checkout?
A: When an order is placed, Instacart provides the anticipated total, including estimated taxes and fees. The final total charged to your card may be different if any changes occur during the shopping process. Examples include:
• An item is out of stock and you’re refunded.
• You add an item to your order after checkout.
• An item from your original order needs to be replaced, and the replacement item has a different price.
• An item you ordered is sold by weight, and the exact weight is slightly different than the estimate.
• Your Instacart Personal Shopper fulfills a special request for an item.

Q. How much does ALDI delivery cost?
A: Delivery fees may vary based on the time requested for delivery and size of the order. For additional information, please visit the Instacart Help Center.
Q. Can I return items purchased and delivered via Instacart?

Q. How does tipping work, and who receives the tips?
A. Tipping is optional. Tips are paid directly to the Instacart driver and/or shopper. ALDI associates do not receive the tips.
Q. If my order includes alcohol, will the Instacart Personal Shopper be at least 21 years old?
Q. How can I cancel my membership?
A. You can cancel your Instacart Express membership at any time. To cancel, log into your account, click "Your Account" and then click "Express." For additional questions, please reach out to Instacart at email@example.com.
Curbside Grocery Pickup
Q. Does ALDI offer grocery pickup?
A. Yes. ALDI Curbside Grocery Pickup is rolling out to various ALDI stores across the country, and nearly 700 ALDI stores offer this service. Find out if your local ALDI store offers pickup by visiting our Curbside Grocery Pickup Locations page.
Q. What is ALDI Curbside Grocery Pickup?
A. This service allows ALDI customers to order groceries online to then pickup at a designated ALDI store.
We know ALDI shoppers want choice and convenience in how they shop, which is why we are accelerating our Curbside Grocery Pickup expansion.
Q. Are all ALDI stores getting Curbside Grocery Pickup?
A. ALDI Curbside Grocery Pickup is rolling out to various ALDI stores across the country. Currently, nearly 700 ALDI stores across 35 states offer the service, and we are actively expanding the offering.

Q. Are there any additional fees associated with the Curbside program?
A. A small pickup fee is applied to each order to offset the costs of ALDI Curbside Shoppers fulfilling orders.
Q. How can I place an order for pickup? How does the process work?
A. Visit shop.aldi.us or enter your ZIP code in the Instacart mobile app to place an order.
At checkout, customers then chose a desired pickup time and store location, and at ALDI stores, there are designated areas for pickup. Look for the blue spaces in ALDI parking lots. When you arrive, ALDI employees will load your groceries directly into your car.
Q. Do I have to bring a bag when I pick up my order?
A. ALDI shopping bags will be used to bag customer Curbside orders. Similar to an in-store transaction, customers will be charged a small fee for bags used.
Q. Should I tip ALDI Curbside Shoppers?
A. We appreciate the gesture, but please do not tip ALDI Curbside Shoppers. Tips are not accepted.
