Store Stock & ALDI Finds Availability FAQs
ALDI Store Stock
Q. Why don’t you carry my favorite product all year?
A. Our stores are intentionally designed to make grocery shopping smart, fast and easy. We pride ourselves on selling the most commonly purchased grocery items in the most popular sizes year-round. Each week, we also sell limited-time, specialty items through ALDI Finds and offer different seasonal items (fall, winter, etc.) at key points during the year.
ALDI is also constantly testing new products, and in 2019, we tested more than 4,800 products as ALDI Finds. Several popular product lines started as ALDI Finds and are now part of our everyday selection, including the Earth Grown line of vegetarian and vegan foods, and liveGfree, the ALDI-exclusive brand of gluten-free items.
Q. When does ALDI restock?
A. Our fresh produce is delivered daily, and each week we release a new selection of ALDI Finds, which are limited-time, specialty products ranging from unique foods and home goods to unexpected items like gardening essentials and pet accessories.
Q. Does ALDI have organic products?
A. Yes. ALDI offers a variety of organic foods, including a robust produce selection and several items in our Simply Nature line. We are also continuing to expand our organic selection to meet customer demand. View our products page to find a new organic favorite.
Q. How can I find out if my local ALDI has an everyday product in stock?
A. We work hard to ensure our stores are fully stocked with fresh food and grocery essentials everyday. Please visit your local store and if you cannot find what you are looking for, please ask one of our friendly associates.
Q. Why is my store out of this week’s Fresh Meat Special?
A. Our Weekly Fresh Meat Specials feature extra-low prices on our very best cuts of meat. As with all ALDI Finds, including our Weekly Fresh Meat Specials, products are available for a limited time and while supplies last.
Q. You say you have beer and wine, but I can’t find it in my store. Why not?
A. We do sell beer and wine in many of our stores, but in certain states and municipalities, alcohol sales at grocery stores are not permitted by law. Check our store locator to see if your store or a store near you carries beer and wine.
ALDI Finds Product Availability
Q. Why is my store sold out of an ALDI Find I just saw in this week's ad?
A. ALDI Finds are only available for a limited time and while supplies last. Sometimes the deals are so exciting that popular products sell out fast.
Q. Can I place an ALDI Finds item on hold at my store?
A. Because our ALDI Finds are only available for a limited time and while supplies last, we are unable to place holds on any of these items. We recommend visiting your local ALDI to ensure you get all the exciting deals we have to offer.
Q. Does ALDI offer rain checks when specials run out?
A. We are unable to offer rain checks on ALDI Find items since these items are only available for a limited time and while supplies last.
Q. How can I find out if my local store has an ALDI Find item in stock?
A. Since ALDI Finds are only available for a limited time and while supplies last, ALDI Finds inventory can vary by location. You will need to visit your local store to see if an ALDI Find item is in stock. For can't-miss ALDI Finds, we recommend visiting a store as soon as possible after the product goes on sale.
Q. Why do ALDI Finds sell out so quickly? Why isn’t more stock ordered when the demand is obviously there?
A. Our ALDI Finds are available for a limited time while supplies last. With new items rolling out every week, we have to ensure we have room on shelves for the next batch of new ALDI Finds.
We use our ALDI Finds program as a way to test new products. If an item sells well, it could come back as an ALDI Find throughout the year or even be added to our everyday selection. Our goal is always to provide fun and exciting ALDI Finds shoppers will love!
Q. Why are some ALDI Finds limited to one per person?
A. It is not ALDI policy to limit purchases to one per customer, but in the event of unexpectedly high demands, each store does reserve the right to limit quantities.
