Q: What is an Advent calendar?
A: Traditionally, Advent calendars have been used to count down the days from Dec. 1 to Christmas by opening daily surprises. More recently, Advent calendars have become a popular way to mark anticipation of the holiday season at large.
Q: Can I order an ALDI Advent calendar online?
A: Based on supply, ALDI Advent calendars may be available for purchase online. Curbside pickup and delivery for Advent calendars and holiday countdowns differs by location. Once Advent calendars are on sale, we suggest you visit your local ALDI store, or check online availability at shop.aldi.us. You can find a store near you using our store locator.
Q: Do you count up or down on an Advent calendar?
A: Advent calendars are designed to have one surprise each day leading up to the holiday (Christmas, New Year’s Day, etc.) Most of our Advent calendars start on Dec.1, but some start on Dec. 14 or Dec. 26.
Q: Where can I buy ALDI Advent calendars?
A: You can purchase an ALDI Advent calendar at one of our more than 2,100 stores in 37 states. Please note, in certain states and municipalities alcohol sales at grocery stores are not permitted by law. Once Advent calendars are on sale, you can find the ALDI store closest to you, and see if it sells beer or wine, by using our store locator.
Q: When do the ALDI Advent calendars come out?
A: The highly anticipated ALDI Advent calendar collection goes on sale in early November with new calendar varieties rolling out throughout November and early December.
Q: Can a store hold or reserve an Advent calendar for me?
A: Unfortunately, stores cannot hold or reserve products. Items are only available for a limited time and while supplies last.
Q: Can I order an ALDI alcohol Advent calendar online?
A: ALDI alcohol-themed and cheese Advent calendars will not be available for delivery or pickup.
Q: Will ALDI restock Advent calendars?
A: ALDI Advent calendars are only available for a limited time and will not be restocked. Supplies are limited, so if you can’t find a calendar in your store, you will be able to look for a nearby ALDI using our store locator.
Q: Do you offer rainchecks on the Advent calendars?
A: We are unable to offer rain checks on the Advent calendars since these items are only available for a limited time and while supplies last.
Q: Are there quantity limits for the Advent Calendars?
A: Quantities are limited and will not be restocked. Because of popularity, we may limit the number of certain calendars per person. Calendars are available while supplies last and are subject to purchase limitations based on availability.
