Sweet Potato Fries
- Preheat oven to 500°.
- Place sweet potatoes in medium bowl. Add oil, toss until potatoes are evenly coated. Add corn starch, toss until completely coated.
- In a small bowl, combine spices. Sprinkle over potatoes, toss to ensure even coating.
- On a baking sheet, spread potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip fries and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until crisp.
