Green Bean Casserole Fritters

Directions:                    

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil on medium heat to 375°.
  2. In a food processor, combine green beans, soup, egg, salt, pepper and French fried onions. Pulse 3-4 times to combine.
  3. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl. Slowly add in bread crumbs and mix by hand until mixture becomes sticky and slightly firm.
  4. Form batter into 2-inch balls and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

TIP: Serve fritters with your favorite turkey gravy recipe.
