Cranberry-White Bean Hummus with Grilled Flatbread

Everyone's favorite dip with a holiday twist.

Directions:                    

  1. In a food processor, combine beans, lime juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, sage and ½ cup cranberry sauce until smooth. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garnish ingredients. Place on top of hummus.
  3. Grill the pizza crusts for 30 seconds per side. Remove from grill and cut into small triangles. Serve warm with hummus.

TIP: To save time, omit the flatbread and serve the hummus with pita chips or sweet potato chips.
