Cranberry-White Bean Hummus with Grilled Flatbread
Everyone's favorite dip with a holiday twist.
- In a food processor, combine beans, lime juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, sage and ½ cup cranberry sauce until smooth. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine garnish ingredients. Place on top of hummus.
- Grill the pizza crusts for 30 seconds per side. Remove from grill and cut into small triangles. Serve warm with hummus.
TIP: To save time, omit the flatbread and serve the hummus with pita chips or sweet potato chips.
