Pretzel Crunch Snack Mix

Crunchy, sweet and chewy, perfect for after school.

Directions:

  1. Coat a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows together over medium-low heat. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
  3. Add pretzel minis, nut assortment and granola and stir to coat with the peanut butter mixture. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Cool and break apart for snacking. Store in an airtight container.

3 cups Baker’s Corner Miniature Marshmallows

1 1/2 cups Peanut Delight Creamy Peanut Butter

5 cups Clancy’s Pretzel Minis, coarsely chopped

2 cups Southern Grove Back to School Nut Assortment, Sweet & Salty Flavor*

2 cups Millville Natural Granola Cereal
