Buffalo Chicken Fries with Blue Cheesy Dip

A twist on classic football snack flavors.


  1. In a small bowl, combine Havarti, blue cheese and flour.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring beer and half & half to a simmer.
  3. Add the cheese mixture, stirring until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Cook the chicken fries according to package directions.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the hot sauce, butter, cayenne and garlic powder. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce, return to oven for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve chicken fries with blue cheesy dip.

2 tablespoons Baker's Corner All Purpose Flour

¾ cup Holland Lager 1839

½ cup Friendly Farms Half & Half

24 ounces Kirkwood Chicken Fries

½ cup Burman's Hot Sauce

½ cup Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter, melted

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Garlic Powder
