Peanut Butter Granola Bites

Jump to Recipe

Looking for a tasty and healthy snack that you can whip up in minutes? Try these Peanut Butter Granola Bites! Made with a blend of hearty oats, delicious peanut butter and sweet honey, these little bites pack a big punch when it comes to flavor and nutrition.

To start, preheat your oven to 400°F. While it heats up, gather your ingredients, including quick oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, a large egg and your choice of diced strawberries or blueberries.

In a medium bowl, combine all of your ingredients, mixing until they are well blended. The result should be a sticky, slightly moist mixture that holds together well.

Next, use a tablespoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and place them onto a parchment-lined baking pan. You should be able to make about 15 bites from this recipe.

Pop the pan into the preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes. You'll know they're done when the edges start to turn golden brown and the tops are just firm to the touch.

Once they're done, let them cool for a few minutes before digging in. You can enjoy these bites as a midday snack, a quick breakfast on the go or even as a dessert.

The beauty of these peanut butter granola bites is that they're not only delicious but also packed with healthy ingredients. Oats, for example, are a great source of fiber and can help keep you feeling full for longer periods of time. Peanut butter is an excellent source of protein and healthy fats, while the fruit adds a dose of vitamins and antioxidants.
