Berry Iced Tea

A refreshing drink which is sure to please.

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries, strawberries, lemon juice, honey and water. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, continue to cook until fruit begins disintegrating and honey dissolves. Add tea bags and steep for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and puree blueberry/strawberry mixture. Strain mixture into a large bowl and allow to cool.
  3. Serve over ice with sliced lemon as a garnish.

1 pint blueberries

16 ounces strawberries, hulled

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup Berryhill Honey

3 cups water

5 Bags Benner Lemon Ginseng Tea

1 lemon, sliced
