Morning Oasis Overnight Oats

Jump to Recipe

Wake up to a bowl of nutrition with this morning oasis overnight oats recipe. These tasty oats are packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you energized throughout the morning.

To start, you'll need some quick oats, chia seeds, oat milk, salt and honey. Mix these ingredients together in a large mason jar and refrigerate them overnight. The next day, you'll have a creamy and delicious oatmeal base that you can top with a variety of tasty and healthy ingredients.

For the toppings, our recommendation is to add some toasted quinoa and almonds, sliced mango, chopped coconut, shaved dark chocolate and more honey. The quinoa and almonds add a nice crunch to the creamy oats, while the mango and coconut provide a tropical and sweet flavor. The shaved dark chocolate adds a rich and decadent touch, while the honey ties everything together with its natural sweetness.

To make the candied quinoa, simply mix cooked quinoa with honey and bake it in the oven until it's crispy and golden brown. Then, you can crumble it up and store it in a re-sealable bag for later use.

Once everything is ready, simply stir the oats and pour them into a serving bowl. Top them with the mango, coconut, shaved chocolate and candied quinoa, and drizzle some melted chocolate on top for good measure.

Whether you're in a rush in the morning or you have plenty of time to savor your breakfast, morning oasis overnight oats are the perfect recipe for a healthy and satisfying meal. It's also a great option for meal prep, as you can make a big batch of the oatmeal base and store it in the fridge for up to a week.
