Naturally Gluten Free Pancakes

Jump to Recipe

Introducing our delicious Naturally Gluten Free Banana Peanut Butter Pancakes! This recipe uses just bananas and creamy peanut butter, making it healthy and gluten-free. Follow these simple steps to whip up a stack of these fluffy pancakes.

Start by preheating your griddle to a toasty 400 °F.

In a large bowl, mash two ripe bananas until they achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Next, combine the mashed bananas with a half cup of creamy peanut butter, stirring until the two ingredients blend. Afterward, add 2 eggs to the batter. The eggs cause the gluten-free pancakes to rise without gluten products.

To prevent sticking, lightly coat your griddle with cooking spray. Then, using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour the batter onto the heated griddle, cooking each pancake for about 2 minutes on each side or until you see bubbles forming and the edges turn golden brown. Bring your pancakes to a plate and serve them while they're still warm, drizzled with your favorite syrup, fruits and whipped cream.

The combination of banana and peanut butter will create a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience that will have you craving more. Enjoy this delightful stack of goodness!
