Frozen Greek Yogurt with Blueberries

Perfect for a summer day and so much better than ice cream!


  1. In a blender, grind sugar into a powder and empty into a medium bowl.
  2. Blend 1 cup blueberries with lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into bowl, then add remaining blueberries.
  3. Stir in yogurt. Cover and freeze, stirring every 15 minutes until desired consistency is reached.

½ cup Baker's Corner Granulated Sugar

2 cups Season’s Choice Frozen Blueberries, room temperature, divided

1 tablespoon Nature's Nectar Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon Stonemill Essentials Pure Vanilla

2 cups Friendly Farms Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
