Oat Berry Crisp

A comforting, harvest dessert.


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine berries, orange zest, orange juice, honey, corn starch and raspberry preserves. Place ½ cup of berry mixture into each ramekin, place ramekins on small baking sheet.
  3. In a food processor, combine oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and olive oil.
  4. Place 2 tablespoons of oat mixture on top of berry mixture in each ramekin. Bake for 35 minutes.

TIP: Serve with frozen yogurt.

1 ½ teaspoons orange zest

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon Berryhill Honey

2 tablespoons Baker's Corner Corn Starch*

2 tablespoons Berryhill Raspberry Preserves

½ cup Millville Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

½ cup Southern Grove Natural Whole Almonds

¼ teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Cinnamon

¼ teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt

2 tablespoons Baker's Corner Brown Sugar

1 ½ tablespoons Carlini Pure Olive Oil
