Tropical Frozen Yogurt Bar

Directions:

  1. Coat an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows. Add the toasted oats and spread the mixture in the dish. Cool completely.
  2. In a blender, blend the yogurt and fruit bars until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture in an 8x8-inch glass baking dish lined with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Cut the cereal into 6 rectangles. Cut the yogurt into 6 rectangles. Stack on top of each other, garnish with pineapple. Serve immediately.

4 tablespoons Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter

10.5 ounces Baker's Corner Miniature Marshmallows

6 cups SimplyNature Organic Toasted Oats

3 6-ounce containers Friendly Farms Pineapple Greek Yogurt

4 SimplyNature Organic Coconut Fruit bars, sticks removed

fresh pineapple for garnish (optional)
