Dairy-Free Beefy Taco Skillet
- In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix thoroughly; reserve.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add onions and garlic, sauté 2-3 minutes. Add beef and cook until brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add seasoning mixture, Worcestershire sauce, pasta, beef broth and hummus. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once pasta is tender, stir in 2/3 cup cheese sauce.
- Garnish with diced tomato, avocado, lime wedges and additional cheese sauce.
