Broccoli Salad

For something creamy and refreshing, a great side dish for beef, poultry and fish.


  1. In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, almonds, raisins or dried cranberries, red onion, peas and bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt and honey.
  3. Combine the yogurt and honey mixture with the broccoli salad and chill.

5-6 cups fresh cut broccoli florets  

1/2 cup Southern Grove Slivered or Chopped Almonds

1/2 cup Southern Grove Raisins or Dried Cranberries

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 cup Season’s Choice Frozen Peas (thawed)

1/4 cup Appleton Farms Premium Sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup Fit & Active Plain Nonfat Yogurt

1/4 cup Berryhill Honey
