Mix and Match Watermelon Salads

A crisp and refreshing salad base that can be altered to any taste profile.

Directions:

  1. Cut rind off watermelon and dice into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.   
  2. Add lemon juice, onion, salt and sugar. Mix to incorporate.
  3. Serve as is or choose a combination from the list on the right. Mix ingredients with watermelon base to appeal to your own sense of adventure and taste.
