- Preheat oven to 375º.
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns and melted butter. Add remaining ingredients, stir until incorporated. Place into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 30 minutes or until top is golden and crisp.
TIP: To save time in the morning, casserole can be assembled and refrigerated the night before.
