Spinach and Turkey Egg Casserole

Healthy egg casserole with lean turkey, spinach and crumbled feta cheese.

Directions:                   

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Spread the ground turkey, broccoli, red pepper and baby spinach in an 8-inch round pan, add egg substitute. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven. Remove foil, sprinkle with feta cheese, garlic salt and black pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
