Mix & Match Savory Yogurt
A super simple way to get daily servings of fruit, veggies and protein on the go. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack!
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a medium bowl, combine chili powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, cumin, nutmeg and oil. Mix thoroughly. Add pecans, toss to coat. Spread coated pecans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until toasted, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool.
- Place ¾ cup yogurt of choice in a medium bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add choice of vegetables, herbs and fruit. Top with nuts, seeds and beans of choice.
