Patriotic Poke Cake
Cool and creamy, perfect for warm summer days!
- Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare confetti cake mix according to package instructions using a 13x9-inch pan and let cool completely. Or, slice 2 loaf cakes in half lengthwise and lay in a large cake pan, sliced side up.
- Let cake cool completely, then use a fork to pierce holes evenly across surface of cake.
- Combine strawberry gelatin and boiling water until dissolved. Add cold water and mix. Pour gelatin mixture evenly, covering the top of the cake. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving cake.
- Combine pudding mix and milk in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over top of cake. Garnish cake with fresh berries. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

1/3 cup Friendly Farms 2% Milk
1 container Friendly Farms Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
