Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla.
  3. Slowly add the flour to the mix.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.


1 cup Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter (softened)

1/2 cup Baker’s Corner Granulated Sugar

1/2 cup packed Baker’s Corner Brown Sugar

2 Goldhen Large Eggs  

1 teaspoon Baker’s Corner Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Pure Vanilla Extract

2 cups Baker’s Corner All Purpose Flour

1 1/2 cups Baker’s Corner Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
