The New S'more

Pudding S’mores

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Whisk together pudding mix and milk per package instructions; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of pudding on each graham cracker half.
  4. Top pudding evenly with crushed cookies.
  5. Place marshmallows on a sheet pan. Heat under the broiler for 15-30 seconds or roast on an open fire until golden.
  6. To assemble: Place a roasted marshmallow on top of the pudding and crushed cookies, top each sandwich with a graham cracker half.

S’more Bites

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate bars for 45 seconds. Stir the chocolate and repeat for 30 seconds at a time until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Dip half the marshmallow in the melted chocolate and immediately roll in the crushed graham crackers.
  3. Place on parchment paper until chocolate is set.

TIP: You can also roll in crushed peanuts, crushed cookies or sprinkles.

Frosted S’mores

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of vanilla frosting on 4 graham cracker halves.
  3. Place marshmallows on a sheet pan. Heat under the broiler for 15-30 seconds or roast on an open fire until golden.
  4. Place one marshmallow and half of a chocolate bar on each graham cracker and top with a vanilla frosted graham.

TIP: Regular-sized marshmallows may be used.

Nutty S’mores

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Place marshmallows on a sheet pan. Heat under the broiler for 15-30 seconds or roast on an open fire until golden.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of hazelnut spread on 4 graham cracker halves.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of peanuts over the spread. Top with one marshmallow and second half of graham cracker.

Turtle S’mores

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Place marshmallows on a sheet pan. Heat under the broiler for 15-30 seconds or roast on an open fire until golden. Let cool.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate bars for 45 seconds. Stir the chocolate and repeat for 30 seconds at a time until the chocolate is melted. Place chopped pecans in a small bowl.
  4. Dip marshmallows into melted chocolate, then immediately into chopped pecans. Place on parchment paper until chocolate is set.
  5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over each marshmallow.

TIP: Regular-sized marshmallows may be used.
