S’mores Crispy Rice Treats
- Heat broiler to high.
- Coat 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine rice cereal, graham crackers, chocolate and ¾ cup marshmallows. Reserve.
- In a medium pot over medium heat, melt butter. Reduce heat to low and add remaining 6 cups marshmallows. Stir until almost completely melted. Remove from heat; continue to stir marshmallows until completely melted.
- Pour melted marshmallow over cereal mixture. Stir to combine. Pour cereal mixture into pan. Spray hands with cooking spray and press cereal mixture into pan until level. Top with remaining 2 cups marshmallows and broil for 2 minutes or until toasted. Cool for 20 minutes and cut into 8 squares.
TIP: Watch broiler very carefully, marshmallows will burn quickly.
