Chocolate Chip Cookies

With pockets of melted chocolate and a crispy edge this Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe is a baking staple. But if you’re looking for an easy way to elevate this classic add dark chocolate chunks and a sprinkle of sea salt on top.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla.
  3. Slowly add the flour to the mix.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle sea salt on top if desired.
