Crispy Oat S’mores Bar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Reserve.
  3. Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Transfer s’mores mixture to pan and gently press to evenly distribute.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool for 40 minutes in the refrigerator before cutting into 15 pieces.
