Crispy Oat S’mores Bar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Reserve.
- Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Transfer s’mores mixture to pan and gently press to evenly distribute.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 40 minutes in the refrigerator before cutting into 15 pieces.
