Low Sodium Almond Butter Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, beat almond butter and honey. Add egg, mixing until thoroughly combined. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of batter onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing.
