S'mores Brownie Cookie
A delicious gooey treat!
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, water, eggs, brownie mix and flour with a wooden spoon until just blended. Mix in chocolate morsels.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough at a time and roll in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Place 2 inches apart on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, place 2 marshmallows on top of each cookie and return to oven for 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet. Transfer to a wire cooling rack.
Tip: Serve cookies warm with vanilla ice cream or make into an ice cream sandwich cookie.

18.3 ounces Baker's Corner Fudge Brownie Mix
1 cup Baker's Corner All Purpose Flour
½ cup Baker's Corner Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
9 Benton's Graham Crackers, crumbled
1 cup Baker's Corner Miniature Marshmallows
