Oat Berry Crisp
A comforting, harvest dessert.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a medium bowl, combine berries, orange zest, orange juice, honey, corn starch and raspberry preserves. Place ½ cup of berry mixture into each ramekin, place ramekins on small baking sheet.
- In a food processor, combine oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and olive oil.
- Place 2 tablespoons of oat mixture on top of berry mixture in each ramekin. Bake for 35 minutes.
TIP: Serve with frozen yogurt.
