A spin on semifreddo, using orange or strawberry gelatin.
- Line gelatin mold with plastic wrap.
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the gelatin flavor of your choice in hot water. Stir in the cold water.
- Add the corresponding fruit. Fold in the whipped topping, pour into mold.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove from mold with plastic wrap and garnish with fresh fruit.
