A spin on semifreddo, using orange or strawberry gelatin.


  1. Line gelatin mold with plastic wrap.
  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve the gelatin flavor of your choice in hot water. Stir in the cold water.
  3. Add the corresponding fruit. Fold in the whipped topping, pour into mold.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove from mold with plastic wrap and garnish with fresh fruit.

½ cup hot water

½ cup cold water

1 cup chopped oranges or
¼ cup chopped fresh mixed berries

½ cup Fit & Active Whipped Topping
