Sherbet Fruit Pizza
A frozen fruity delight!
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Coat a pizza pan with cooking spray. Roll out cookie dough to fit pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread sherbet over cookie crust. Arrange the fruit in a circular pattern. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Chill in freezer until ready to serve, about 4-6 hours.

2 cups Belmont Orange Sherbet, softened*
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 pint blueberries
3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon Baker's Corner Granulated Sugar
