Sherbet Fruit Pizza

A frozen fruity delight!


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Coat a pizza pan with cooking spray. Roll out cookie dough to fit pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread sherbet over cookie crust. Arrange the fruit in a circular pattern. Sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Chill in freezer until ready to serve, about 4-6 hours.
