Apple Raspberry Cobbler

A tart treat, sure to please.

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker bowl, combine orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, brown sugar and raspberry preserves. Mix in apples and raspberries. Top with sugar cookie dough.
  2. Set slow cooker to high, cook for 1 hour, 30 minutes or until fruit mixture is bubbling and cookies are fully cooked.

TIP: Serve a la mode for a comforting finish!

2 oranges, zested and juiced

1 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Cinnamon

2 tablespoons Baker's Corner Brown Sugar

½ cup Berryhill Raspberry Preserves

5 Granny Smith apples, 4 peeled and diced, 1 grated

2 pints raspberries

16 ounces Bake House creations Break 'N' Bake Sugar Cookie Dough
