Apple Raspberry Cobbler
A tart treat, sure to please.
- In a slow cooker bowl, combine orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, brown sugar and raspberry preserves. Mix in apples and raspberries. Top with sugar cookie dough.
- Set slow cooker to high, cook for 1 hour, 30 minutes or until fruit mixture is bubbling and cookies are fully cooked.
TIP: Serve a la mode for a comforting finish!
