- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 teaspoons food coloring. If desired, add more food coloring for a darker shade of green.
- In a separate large bowl, fold 2 ½ teaspoons food coloring into the whipped topping. If desired, add more food coloring for a darker shade of green.
- In a food processor, pulse the cookies into coarse crumbs.
- To assemble, layer in a clear glass as follows: pudding, whipped topping, crumbs, repeat if possible. Garnish with marshmallows to create a pot of charms.
