- In a large bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Reserve.
- In a blender, combine the diced mangos and milk. Purée until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the mango purée and pudding mix. Whisk for 2 minutes.
- Fold the heavy whipping cream into the mango pudding. Place in nine 1/3-cup glasses. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with a slice of mango and a mint leaf.
