No-Bake Dessert Lasagna

Indulge in a heavenly dessert without even turning on your oven! This no-bake dessert lasagna is a perfect treat for any occasion, with its creamy layers and sweet, nutty crunch. Get ready to be wowed by the flavors and textures in every bite.

To start, coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Then, in a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, heavy whipping cream and cinnamon until well combined. Fold in one container of whipped topping to create a fluffy, smooth mixture.

Next, layer the lasagna in the prepared pan. Start with spreading half of the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of the pan. Then, layer four thinly sliced bananas, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of caramel topping, sprinkle with 1/3 chopped walnuts and place 1 1/2 sleeves of graham crackers on top. Repeat this process once more, ending with a layer of graham crackers.

Finally, top the lasagna with the remaining container of whipped topping, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of caramel topping, sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 chopped walnuts and lightly dust with cinnamon.

Refrigerate the lasagna for 1-3 hours or overnight before serving to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld together. Once ready, cut into slices and serve chilled. This no-bake dessert lasagna is perfect for a potluck, party or any occasion where you want to impress with a delicious and easy-to-make treat.

 

Directions:

  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of the 13x9-inch pan. Layer as follows: four sliced bananas, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping, 1/3 chopped walnuts, 1 1/2 sleeves of graham crackers. Repeat once, ending with graham crackers. Top with remaining container of whipped topping, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping and remaining 1/3 walnuts. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours or overnight before serving.

TIP: For a lighter alternative, use light cream cheese, sour cream, whipped topping and fat-free milk.
